No longer showing AI expertise or it has been removed?

I was doing test game, and I got a feeling that R&D becomes a bit easier and no AI has go far ahead that quickly. So I recheck AI persons and suddenly realized they no longer have expertise product class (my own person doesn't have it either). I am certain I turn competitor expertise to high (even if I choice other settings, it seems to have no effect). So either the person's interface no longer showing AI expertise class, or has expertise class feature been removed? (But in mod's we can still set product class to have expertise or not). The only way I can show my own person's expertise class is opening a game with accomplishment mode.

We have just released patch v.2.6.11 which fixes this bug.
