Translating building types and product classes via translate.TXT seems that leads to problems with the encoding:

- strange problems in new game menu, one string is replaced normally but remaining two - not:

We will work on better support for product name translations and will make it available in a later update.

More translation problems for future fixes:

Cannot translate "MOD in use:" and "has been loaded successfully.", I tried it with and without "%" and on parts, but it doesn't work.

Corporation overview and graphs 1 are immune to the localization

my problem same as you,how did you fix this issue?

First issue isn't solved, second - replaced some characters to similar english, for example, "и" to "u", russian "а" to english "a", etc. Shortened long words and insert space, "Полуфабрикаты" -> "Пoлy фaбpuк."

We will get this display bug with localized text fixed in the upcoming post-release beta v2.7.00.
