Missing city detail panel

Hello i play with latest version .23 but i can't see anymore city detail panel.
I play with laptop screen resolution 1366x768 full window mode.

Have you set the "Macro Economy Realism" of your game to "High" in the new game setting menu?

Thanks David it wasn't in the script i made.
Now i update and it works fine
