Natural Growth in Attributes

Hey guys,
I was thinking is it possible to implement growth in attributes?
Suppose a player built 1 farm it will generates 0.10% annually or monthly and will rise as more farm are build upto a certain number(10% max). So there will be 10% growth annually or monthly in Farming section.
I know u can make a script for attributes but increasing it naturally is also not bad.
What u guys think?
