How do I activate the city information window underneath the map?

There is a [+] button below the mini-map (the right side of it) for activating the economic info window.

Can't find the button. Some of the buttons on the mini map are hidden for some weird reason. (bottom right corner), you have to click randomly at the bottom right corner to find them which is crazy.

You have to set the Macro Economy Realism option to High in the new game setting menu in order to see the city info window.
