what I would suggest for capitalism lab

1. make the software degrade nicely. Make the software check your os and then degrade itself to run on your os... if it is older and give upgrade options if those are possible...

2. maximum complexity ceiling for os... the game needs to have a ceiling built in that tells the user what is the maximum complexity the pc can handle by limiting certain factors and anouncing others...

3. rotatable buildings

4. model bonds, hedgefunds and other financial instruments

5. take the stock market out of real time or at least give the option for user to have delays so we don't see numbers scrolling... in the stock market...

6. get rid of the real time income ticker... have it vary by month meaning we get a financial statement or an accountant tell us...

7. have more ways to make money.... transportation, airports, colonies, sea, air, moon and space, hotels, houses, hostile takeovers

8. have mines appear and disappear... heck you dont need a physical mine... you could have an investment option with pictures that pop up now and again sort of like civ used to do for its space race...
