Capitalism 2 and Capitalism Lab Forum

So I've just decided to have a go on Caplabs after taking a break and I've come across a sleight problem that I can't solve. When I start a new custom game, no matter what I select on the AI settings, they just won't seem to do anything at all. I've had a search around and can't seem to find what is wrong. Could anyone help please?
