Capitalism 2 and Capitalism Lab Forum

It doesn't seem possible to make a purchase or lease offer to an AI Real Estate company, or any other AI company. Why not? Corporations, especially land developers, in the real world sell or lease their land every day. It would give human players a chance to acquire good factory and store locations after the city center has been built out (or blocked).
