Help with New Subsidiary

Hello,

I downloaded the subsidiary open beta pack yesterday and had some questions about how subsidiaries work. I set one up but kept it private. How can I transfer dividends to the parent company without going public? Even if I set dividend to 100% it won't pay unless I go public with the subsidiary.

Also, can I build anything with the subsidiary without building and HQ for it first? I select to build a store using the subsidiary but it wont work. The only thing I can build is the HQ and it uses funds from the parent to build it. Is this correct? After I build the HQ I can build other buildings using the subsidiary.

Thanks

I have this issue also.

The parent company (glitch) in the game; the game thinks that you are still building for the parent, and so requires the funds from there. Once the parent company has enough funds, you will be able to build using your subsidiary and parent company funds will not actually be touched.

The current workaround is to take a loan as the parent company to "cover" the building expense. It is an on and off glitch that is recurring.

Could you please provide more details about this issue? What type of building were you trying to build?

I don't have much more information than that. It occurs occasionally and affects all building types. I would recommend starting new games, creating a subsidiary while minimizing parent companies funds, and attempting to purchase from there. It should rear it's head.

We did fix a bug that caused this problem in v3.0.16. So it happened to all versions prior to v3.0.16.

But did it still occur in v3.0.16?

All the new updates threw me off. I haven't had that problem since the last patch no.
