1. When issuing shares to the parent company, and the subsidiary has not gone public, a CTD occurs.

2. When all management options are un-checked, and a subsidiary has cash, the ceo will spend all of it on technology.

3. How can I buy land for a subsidiary.

4. How can I transfer land for a subsidiary.

This bug will be fixed in the next patch v3.0.15.

I ran a game with the settings you described above and the subsidiary CEO did not build any new R&D centers.

Did you mean the CEO spend all the cash on acquiring tech from other companies or building new R&D centers?
