Ability to Purchase Land Plots On Behalf of Subsidiaries

Could we have the option of purchasing land plots on behalf of subsidiaries in the same manner as we can now purchase buildings on their behalf. I like to purchase land plots before building on them. It would be really helpful to have the ability to implement this strategy on behalf of subsidiaries also.
