Hi all,

I'm working on a warehouse network for a resource subsidiary in the new beta, and have found a couple interesting things.

My set-up is like this

Mine(owned by primary co.>$0.01 warehouse global supply(owned by resource Co. $0.01> City Distribution warehouse (owned by resource co.)> Maximum profit margin

With this set-up, it is NOT possible to profit, using an ai manager. End product overall rating reads 0 at the most.

I'm not sure what needs to be balanced to achieve some level of profitability but I think that a simple mine-warehouse-warehouse should be profitable, and easy to manage.

I have had some success with the following in this game.

Warehouses as a storage unit, and an output for resources that the a.i. frequently uses, and also equally importantly runs out of. It is possible to achieve margins of 200% in products including; gold, silver, oil, coal, and timber, yet any attempt to network these resources and maintain a steady supply in all cities is futile.

So far the only other thing warehouses do well, is aesthetically, and lord knows, I love aesthetics.
