If you click the transfer button to transfer a company to another company, then quickly click on a competitors company when the box comes up to transfer, the company that transfers is the one you clicked last, not the one you were in when you clicked transfer.
(it also works with airports !!! - and things like tv stations owned by the government even if they aren't for sale)

Re: Big bug/exploit
I couldn't pull this trick off. How exactly did you do that? Could you show how it is done step by step with screenshots ?

Re: Big bug/exploit
I tried it on another PC just to be sure, and the same issue happens on that too.
In this case I will steal this factory from Foxconn Just select any company owned by you or a subsidiary - in this case Fluffy Co 2 and click the transfer button (it helps to use a factory near your target) Then quickly click on your competitors factory as quick as you can and you get the image below The transfer options can take a few seconds to appear, but you will get the menu where you can choose which company it should transfer too And all done, my subsidiary now owns the business. For a cheap price, potentially disrupting distribution chains etc Same method for airports, doesn't appear to work on other government buildings. As another bug have also noted if I appoint a CEO for my company, I don't always get the popups advising he/she thinks there pay is to low, and several times they have offered resignation because they think im not paying enough (in 1 case I was paying them 1 million, rehired them and they demanded 30 million) this appears random though so cant predict it.
Also subsidiary company CEO's never get a pay increase which makes it a far cheaper option than using a CEO in your own company.
Oh and natural resource firms don't have a relocation/demolish/transfer button, just a demolish this firm button - when you click this you get the option to transfer but it its not clear from the tooltip or icon.
