Not working in full screen mode! ...fixed!

On Win7 all was good, but now Capilalism not works. 
Now I have Windows 10 Pro.
CapLab is not fit to full screen! Monitor is UHD 4k
Please help
P.S. Also it crashes in full screen mode on smaller resolutions when mouse is out from game's screen to black area.

UPDATE: FIXED!
Fix guide:
open Properties of file CapMain.exe
Open tab Сompatibility
Turn OFF image scaling - fourth item in Win10
Click OK
