Suggestion: Executive Training + Additional People

So I was thinking:
1. It would be nice if we could groom an executive for higher office for example, let's say our CMO has been with our company for years and we want to spin out our retail operation into its own subsidiary and we want her/him to run it but their top skill is Marketing. It would be nice to have a Training Department in HQ where we could select an executive of our current company and set the skill we want to train them in. We would set a yearly budget and based on the skill, current skill level the cost will very; like every 10 points in additional skill training will cost X and we could set a target skill set.
2. I play my games for years (trying to become a beta tester so may not be doing that for a while) if someone plays their game for 808 hours there's a possibility that they will run out of people. There should be a system in place where once 90% of people are "Employed" an additional set of people come into play up to say 30 additional people so that there's always a pipe line of people for crazy passionate fans of Capitalism Lab that play that one game for 5 years lol
