getting majority in a company does only let me change price policy and internal sale stuff + what not to produce
everything other box is thicked but it is impossible to change it

same for a new 100% subsidary set up by myself, its not possible to change it. there fore the subsidary which shold just take care of selling the crap i produce (to ensure the subsidary doesnt spend more on advertising then it has revenue), starts to litter R&D centers all over the place to research the same crap i am researching, hence wasting tons of money and i got to pay this prick 13 million per year for his stupid actions!

at the moment he opens every 3 days a new R&D center - i am closing it down ... loans are maxed out now i need to give millions every month for this crap so he can open 10 more r&D every month and i can close them down. thats totally stupid as i told the ceo not to produce anything (all product classes are red in his policies)
as i dont give him cash he does himself the crap everytime he has the 3 pennies to open R&D he will open up and instant close R&D until he got again the cash for doing this, killing the profit from the shops i handed over to him and finally this time he went bancrupt and my lovely lvl 9 shops are all gone with it. not funny really.

This will be fixed in the next update and we will attempt to improve the AI as well.

thanks you so much, its enough to change their advertisement behavior slighlty (not to spend more on advertisement then their whole revenue especially at 100+ brand rating which i guess is the result of dropping sales due to fully overstretched supplies of rawmaterial+consumer products and they think more advertising will raise sales instead of looking for better supply of rawmaterials and/or set up more factories) and the out of cash behavior when they start to destroy the A.I.companies with R&D centre setup/ insta close, close a few more firms to get cash n repeat till bancrupt (i ve seen them doing this up to a dozen times per month) with this 2 issues fixed A.I.s can be quite compettitive

The changes to the AI in v3.0.23 include that the AI will be less likely to close and re-open R&D centers.

Currently the AI should already stop advertising more if the brand rating is 100. Did you notice otherwise in the game? If so, please provide your save game.
