Question: Product Customization

Does the AI get access to any product customization? Also are they intelligent enough to decide which of the products they want to carry and/or manufacture?
Trying to brush up on some of the new features I don't fully understand.

There are two new options on the "Products" page of the new game setting menu that deal with product customization. You may use one of them to set the AI's preference on product customization.
