Trade partnerships

I think it would be very nice to have a trade partnership system where you could agree to allow companies to buy internal only goods from each other without risk of changing it and having someone else sneak in a purchase agreement. This could open up new avenues for cooperation between competitors and AI alike.

Boy if we all got a $1 for when this idea (contracts, agreements, partnerships) came up. Hey David what's the developers view on this again?
