Good strategy is buying the lands around your retail, and then build appartement and commercial buildings around. Then even if the place is not very crowded, your index will rocket to the stars !

What does this mean? I didnt see any stars on those pictures.

I've always just worked off of property value, to assume relative, retail traffic -- good to see this finally made more statistically concrete.
