Capitalism Lab Release version 3.4.17B patch is now available for download at:

(Auto patch for this patch is enabled for users who are using v3.4.00, so you may either do the manual patching following the below instructions and let the game's auto patch update your game.)

This patch must be applied on top of Version 3.4.00 or later. If your version is older than 3.4.00, please download the full version 3.4.00 installer from http://www.capitalismlab.com/account/do ... aplab.html

Then extract the ZIP file to your Early Access version of Capitalism Lab program folder. You can open your Capitalism Lab program folder by right-clicking on the Capitalism Lab Post-release Beta game icon and select “Properties”, then select “Open File Location” to open the folder.

(The saved game files from versions older than 3.4.00 are not compatible.)

clicking on civic and sports buildings on the map shows they all have a monthly contribution of zero

also the costs don't seem to be correct -

for instance I built a golf course (as only building I owned) - start of year I had 82,584,402, after a year I had 82,559,09 -

Yearly cost should be 10,000 x 12 = 120,000 but actual cost is only 25,000

I tested it and I didn't encounter the same problem.

Perhaps you could try starting a new game and see if the problem still exists.

after I led a subsidiary take over one of my warehouses the game had a fatal. after that I couldnt start it again.
there was a message that a new patch is available. but after login button happens nothing. so I tried a manual install but that failed too. (and yes I checked adim box under property and start as admin, tried to change read/write permissions) I cant even deinstall the game or install it again. windows admin rights are a science for itself. cant understand why you let not the user decide where to install the game. I have other partions for games.

I got it. It was the damn Avast Antivirus.


Edit: but the problem with the warehouse still exist. One of the output modules doesnt work. If I try to clear the stock there a fatal.

4) Which version of Capitalism Lab you are using. You can see the version number on the top-right of the main menu.
5) The exact steps for triggering the bug with the save game
6) If your savegame uses a MOD, please let us know the name of the MOD and the MOD's version number.

do not know the version but i bougth the game not a week ago and were using the game installer.
no MODS

i have a sub (magnet) which does furniture (build and retail)
i build a big warehouse (my corp) for timber in shenyang beneath the fabs of magnet
the logging camp south of shenyang belongs to magnet and delivers the WH

because of the increasing premium cost of logging camps I decided to create another sub (super power), which should take over the raw material bussiness and the WH. It should buy from every available source which sells timber and as we know, AI makes very nasty prices, when too much is bougth and I dont want to check this every 10 minutes. So I transfered the WH and the logging camp to super power.
Now I had different timber wares (different corps) in the WH and I built a labelling unit to make only one out of it (but unfortunately, it seems that own wares dont go trough the labelling unit)
If someone knows a smart solution here I like to hear it.

Maybe Magnet was confused by several timber wares. The furniture fabs don t buy any timber.
It is the Output Modul Nr. 9 (if seen from an numeric display) which is stuck. When I try to clear the modul of wares comes the fatal.
I can solve the problem with razing the modul.


edit: game version 3.400 tells the autosave

1) Actually Private Labelling units only handle consumer products with brand ratings. Semi products and raw materials without brands cannot be handled by Private Labelling units.

2) The crash bug will be fixed in the next patch.

3) For your game, the solution is to link the 2 different purchasing units in your factory to 2 different sources of timber, which can be from 2 different suppliers. Since Timber does not have a brand, it doesn't matter where they come from. This way, you don't have to use a warehouse to consolidate timbers from different sources into one single supply.

It seems you are right. super power scraps one logging camp after another and does not setup new ones. Then it began to send around timber from its WH all over the world, which is economic bull... ah nonesense.
