Subsidiary DLC - recommended for new players?

Hi all,

New to Cap Lab (as in, just bought today and have played through the first couple of tutorials) - just wondering if it's recommended to buy the Subsidiary DLC, or whether it's only really useful for advanced players?

Some games' expansion packs fall into the category that they're recommended from the start for all players as they make the game better (e.g. Civ V's Brave New World, etc) - is the Subsidiary DLC one of those? Or is it recommended to play the base game for a while before buying the DLC?

Cheers :)

I really like the subsidiary expansion pack....I think learning the base game would be useful in identifying how you can upgrade your strategies with the DLC. If you plan on playing multiple games and not getting emotionally bonded with your fake company wait. If you think you're going to just build one company and just keep refining the processes then go ahead and buy the DLC.
