Competitor AI offering to buy Stock (Can it be disabled?)

Once there is 0% of stock remaining in a company, competitors will continually ask for you to sell a share in the company to them for $x per share, is there a way to disable this? I am not interested in selling, and the continuous pop-up offers get kind of annoying.

Options - Consider Tender Offer and change it to disabled.

Thank you - Does this also turn off offers to buy business that I have for sale?
