I am on difficulty 6 out of 8 and the city price and the average price does not go up with inflation. This will eventually leave my company bankrupt. Is this on purpose or an error?

There's an option in the CEO office in the headquarter that adjust price monthly according to inflation. Or perhaps with a save file it will be easier to tell what the problem is.
