The stock market tutorial is unplayable, because it doesn't let me access the stock market.

I never notice this error, the tutorial highlight area in this tutorial is misaligned when the new city screen option is added in.

I can still click the "highlight spot", now align to "Financial Action" instead of "Stock Exchange", and keep clicking them even though it leads me to wrong info screen and keep playing.

I've found more issues in stock market tutorial

The first one is the instruction screen blocking the top view of the Financial Action screen, can not see issue new share to the public and other options. Maybe the instruction screen can be place below "issue now" rather than on top of the screen. The second one is if by chance the personal cash isn't enough to buy own company's share (since the stock price goes up and down regularly at speed 3), the "Sorry you don't have enough cash" error screen might froze and lock there, can not click OK to exit. The third one is a crash, if I buy a company's share over 50% before the tutorial is over and make it a subsidiary, after exit the tutorial instruction part, clicking build menu will trigger this error.
