Closed Beta Patch version 4.2.09B is now available for download from:

Then extract the ZIP file to your Early Access version of Capitalism Lab program folder. You can open your Capitalism Lab program folder by right-clicking on the Capitalism Lab Post-release Beta game icon and select “Properties”, then select “Open File Location” to open the folder.

If you are using this DLC for the first time, you need to download the Installer of version 4.2.00 first. Please see this post for the details: http://www.capitalismlab.com/forum/view ... =16&t=3704

(The saved game files from versions older than 4.2.09 are not compatible.)

once built cant remove or demolish parks.

once I made my city go bankrupt, the mayor who took over didn't build any new buildings or demolish any of the buildings I added, it also kept university funding at 3 million a month even though population only 1800.

Try me HousesParks mod, http://www.capitalismlab.com/forum/view ... =39&t=3863 It even have small houses, still trying to add more "buildable trees (they are "houses" actually, each one for one homeless bird I guess)

Although the "parks" in my mod are pure aesthetic without green and sports function (well they do increase land value a bit since they are actually commercial buildings). If you just want the look using city funds to build them without corporation logo.

When you build a new building on a location with existing parks, it will automatically remove the parks.

Also, the costs of parks have been set to extremely low. Thus the losses are minimum when they are removed by the aforementioned method.

In fact, the city goals do not require you to be the mayor. You, as a businessman, may help contribute to a city's growth too.

Actually there is a bug, when I start a game, build a new city, and finish the goal, quit the current game to main menu, and start a new game, I would have already completed the goal from the old game, inherent the goal completion status from this previous game.
