Latest Patch Didnt like the park

I tried to stick a park in between apartment blocks and got the following error

I ran into the same error, and I think it only happens for some of the parks
BTW, although parks provide "Green and Sports", it doesn't reduce local pollution. So are there any other ways to reduce pollution than simply move factories apart and away? And it doesn't help if mines that are within high price city zone and close to residentials. Or maybe the mayor decree the reduction of pollutants by all factories in the city, and it costs some "expenses" to maintain this kind of policy?

Could you provide me with a save game that I can use to trigger the park bug?

Build the largest park at the location next to the silver mine shown in the screenshot, it will trigger this error.

The fix will be available in the next patch v4.2.10.
