Bugged Product Details screen

I was looking through my product and try to tune the price using product detail screen and come across this bug. If I use Products screen to look for my product first (this is normal, no bug)
And immediately switch to Product Details screen by clicking the Product Details button on the left side, the supposed store product detail list becomes blank and a ghost list remained in the original place.
The correct screen should look like this (if I click another city and go back to the bugged list city, it returns to normal)
This bug only happens if there are exactly 3 stores (all the corporations including mine) selling a product in one city (matching the 3 items "All", "Consumer Goods", and "Industrial Goods" in the "ghosted" list), and by NOT clicking the product image to enter Product Details screen, but by click the Product Details button directly.
