everytime when i build a new city, put 1-2 apartments around and start the game i got this error so currently i cant play if i want to build a new city

its the latest version i think its 4.3.15

ok it will sound silly but i found that it was me all along... it was my first time building a new city and i did tried that right from the start (start up a new game with 100k cash and spent all your cash to build a city right from the start) i tried to make some money/profit before building a city and it was all fine.
but just for the curiousty can you try the same thing and see if you get the same error ? (as i said start with 100k and build a city without doing anything)

Have you tried the latest version and if the bug still occurs in your game?

yeah i still get the same error even with the latest version but as i said only if i start with 100k and immediately start a new city. have you tried the same thing and see if you got error or not ?
and as i said if i make profit/money first its working fine without issue
