Error Town Town Item

Hi , i have found a bug in the version 5.1.17 post-release , so i upgraded to 5.1.30 Released, and it is still here with or without MOD so i am reporting it :
Here are the steps to reproduce it easily from a new game :
Step 1: Create new game after 2000 with a bit of cash with no product restriction
Step 2 : Buy R&D Center and set any layout to research a new product NOT AVAILABLE in 1990 such as : GPS , Notebook Computer , Videogame Console , ect .
Step 3 : Press R or access the " Product Detail " menu by clicking on the green chart icon on the left , and then clicking on the named menu.
At this moment the game crash.
Here is what i think about it :
If you access the " Product Detail " menu and then press "tab" , you can't see the product that are not invented , which makes the first columns all green "V" and never red "X" , only in 2nd column , but if you try to access the same information by pressing R after you set a R&D center on the specific product , it crashes ONLY for product NOT AVAILABLE in the 1990;
If you set the R&D to "Camera Phone " which is available to research in 1990 and then press R you will be able to see the product detail with the % of overall repartition from Price Quality and Brand which is a good information you can't get that early otherwise.
A simple way around would be to set another R&D with another product , so when you press R it will show this product instead of the the 1990 + product , or just don't press R before you access another product details ect , it's not dramatic , just a little problem here , i don't think screenshot or savegame would be needed but i will provide some if necessary, good luck with that one
