Digital Age DLC lines not recongized

Working on updating the Not That Complex Script for the Digital Age DLC and getting the following error:
Script file: SCRIPT\Not That Complex Script.txt
Error: the following lines cannot be recognized by the script system.
line 50: Talent System=Full
line 51: More Talents=50

do you have the digital age dlc enabled?
This errors appears when the dlc is not enabled.

Can you look at the error and script attached and confirm if this is a bug.

I was able to load your script without any errors.
Please upgrade to the latest version 5.4.07 at
viewtopic.php?f=7&t=4877, if you are using an older version.

it wasn't working with the latest post-release beta. I didn't realize I could use Digital Age DLC on the release.
