Missing Text from Building List

Found this bug since the post lab beta when the digital age patch.
The text were missing from Mansion, Apartments and Commercial Building.

You may move the mouse cursor over or next to a building icon, and you will see the cost information.

yea but just feel weird about this part, cause i remember i see the text even no mouse over on previous version.
