Utilization in producing units not balanced

This is an example of a factory of mine, it is producing electric components.

As you can see, the utilization of the first and third Manufacturing unit, as well as the second Sales unit is Nil, and it must have been for a while as the high Training setting did not improve them at all. At the same time, The indicator shows that Supply is below Demand, so everything should be utililized at maximum. Similar situations appear in many factories, farms and mines/logging camps. Something is not right here... can you verify?

I am playing v5.4.12 with all three DLC enabled, but no mods. The savegame is at https://www.dropbox.com/s/u021kgwp3hpz0 ... 3.SAV?dl=0.

Any input on this yet? I find this bug crippling in production/retail chains.

We have released a post-release beta patch that improves this issue. Please download it from: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=5175

Please note that it is a post-release beta patch and it requires a post-release full version to be installed on a separate folder. The above post has a download link to a post-release full version installer of an earlier version.
