please understand i didn't live english contury so i couldn't english well.
I patched latest version today, but i couldn't play this game after patched that.
i tried to login many times, even i used administration access and compatibility option, but it failed.
my os is windows 10 and i turned off onedrive.

Please try installing or running the game with Windows administrator rights.

I did reinstalled and played which used administrator right. but it still failed.

Did you use any anti virus program that prevents programs from saving files to your hard disk?

I only use windows defender
