Im checking whether there is any reason why AI is very stingy on dividend payment even thought they are making decent profit..

Hi David,

I just post my saved game in another thread.

I notice the AI with 100 points of dividend charcther, will alway pay dividend if profit

Ai with 50 points, tend not to pay dividend though they make numbers of profit
Only at later stage of the game, i notice some AI just started to pay dividend
