External company to port the game

Hello
I was wondering that if there is a macOS version of Capitalism II in the App Store, could be possible to port Capitalism Lab to Mac? Like pay Virtualprogramming to port the game to Mac and if necessary ask a price a little bit higher in Mac than Windows.
Virtualprogramming developed something that Wine can't do (I'm talking about this: http://www.enlight.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=5349 and https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42148), at least would be great to know that “trick”.
