Hi all,

Can anyone advise me how to make the COO adjust the prices better?

I'll give an example, I have a breakthrough with Smart Phones.
I'm making top quality stuff and I am the only one.

I hit the shelves and completely dominate.
Demand is triple what I can supply for years.

COO does not increase the price.
I played with it and increased it manually, I matched the supply with the demand and started taking in millions.
I put my coo back in charged, and the goon goes and lowers the price again.

Any way to fix this?

Check the Management Policies of your COO in the "Persons" screen. Set the first(?) slider to maximize profit.

This is an old picture, but this is where you adjust that.
