Seems like my CEO salary was capped at 100,000$ after I went through a negative profit period, it's been at 100,000 for 2 years haha even though now the company makes 10m+ profit.

The upper limit of the salary is determined based on the last year's profit instead of profits in the past 365 days so that the upper limit won't fluctuate too greatly.
