Capitalism Lab Release version 5.6.29 patch is now available for download at:

This patch must be applied on top of version 5.1.21 or later. If you haven't installed it, please download the full version installer from viewtopic.php?f=7&t=5539


Then extract the ZIP file to your Capitalism Lab program folder. You can open your Capitalism Lab program folder by right-clicking on the Capitalism Lab game icon and select “Properties”, then select “Open File Location” to open the folder.

(The saved game files from versions older than 5.6.13 are not compatible.)

This might not seem like a big deal but ive noticed with the applied patch 5.6.14 that there is no AI Expertise of Tobacco Products. Only when i dont used the 5.6.14 patch does it show up. Ive reloaded a new game a few times Just to check it out and it does not show up but when I load a game without that 5.6.14 patch, a AI with Tobacco Expertise show up. In fact when i put Tobacco Products as a Player Expertise in a Script with the 5.6.14 Patch it does not show up in the game. Any other player Product Expertise does.

Our dev team replied that they did not make any modification to expertise in this patch. It is probably just coincidence. You may run more games in 5.6.14 and eventually you may see expertise in tobacco.

What is the difference between 5.4.37 Patch and this patch? Is 5.6.18 the upmost latest version of Cap lab? Currently on 5.4.31

V5.6.18 is the latest version. 5.4.37 Patch is for users who have save games saved from 5.4.xx which are not compatible with v5.6.18.

If you are going to start a new game, v5.6.18 is the one to get.

when i wanna register the game, it requires registration key? how can i get it please?

If you are upgrading from an older version of Capitalism Lab, you do not have to register again. You could simply use your existing username to login.

I cannot activate the function for the "Prepare" unit mentioned at the post, is it possible to activate it at the release version?
If it's possible how can I make it possible, I can do it only at the Beta Version
