It's necessary to change the CEO’s Annular Salary bar selector from an absolute to a relative one.

Due to a relative one we have to come back on a regular basis to the headquarters to adjust the bar which decreases when the company’s annual revenues varies..

What do you think about it ?

Below an illustration for this problematic

1. Your company grows so you decide to set a maximal salary for your CEO :

2. When financial difficulties reached your company, the salary diminishes automatically :

3. When the financial situation gets better, the salary doesn't come back to its initial maximum :

This is a good suggestion. What is the range of percentage of the company's profit that you think should be used for the selector? In other words, what is the maximum percentage of the profit that the player can allocate to the CEO as salary payments?

Same as for the dividends I guess... from 0 to 100% of the profit.

The latest post-release version 5.7.04 has addressed this issue in the following way.

For the player’s own salary as a CEO, in the previous versions, the salary will decrease automatically if the player company’s profit plunged and the salary will stay at the lower level forever until the player manually sets the salary again. In this latest version, the game will keep the previous salary manually set by the player and restore it to that value when the company’s profit rebounds.

Hi,

Thanks for the update : works great !

I still think a relative adjusting bar selector would be better.
