Special dividends & stock splits

Guys - huge and long time fan of the game. May I suggest some a few very easy to implement/code suggestions for the game that I think would be quite useful:
*Stock splits: Could you please add a financial action that allows you to implement a stock split, when (say) the price is above $100 - the inverse of the mandatory 1:10 reverse split when you hit $1. This would be extremely easy to code into the game. It would also allow you to continue buying back shares post split, as at present you cannot do so if the shares on issue fall below a certain level (100k or 1m). This can be an annoyance if you have excess cash and want to buy out other shareholders.
*Special dividends: Currently if you have a lot of excess cash in a company, you can't get it out, as the maximum dividend payout is 100% of current earnings. Consider adding a 'special dividend' financial action option as well, where you can pay an immediate one-time dividend of a certain amount per share.
It could perhaps be necessary to employ a CFO in your headquarters in order to implement these financial actions as well (?). That's not necessary but it does seem like you are looking for features to add that HQ staff can implement.
Cheers!
