Bond market

Hi guys,
Love the stock market feature of the game. Now that you've added bond issues for cities, might it be an idea to set up a bond market? You could also consider allowing companies as well as governments to issue bonds.
The bond market would allow secondary trading in bonds. When the credit rating is downgraded, the bonds could trade at a discount to par value and a higher yield to maturity, and vice versa. And market yields could also adjust to the level of central bank interest rates.
Might be a pretty cool feature to add to the game. I think allowing companies to issue bonds, and companies & individuals to invest in those bonds, would also be value add. The fixed maturity date feature of bonds adds a degree of realism to the corporate borrowing aspect to the game - you have to consider your liquidity position and upcoming bond maturities, unlike the existing bank lending algo which is pretty simplistic.
It might also be worth considering adding a feature where cash balances accrue interest as well, although the interest rate ought to be very low - perhaps 1-2%.
Cheers!
