Can't do a search doing to the annoying search terms.

Is it normal for all oil to run out in the later game? I'm in 2024 and all oil everywhere has run out. This is having an effect on everyone. A company I've watch on the stock market that was worth 3k per share has bombed to $700 per share and I'm pretty sure it's due to lack of oil.

it is possible yes, new oil deposities are "found" in the same way and conditions other new recourse spots are located.
But as in the real world, oil is a much needed product in the later part of the game due to all the plastic that is need in products.
Same with steel, but less recources are required to produce that and your tapping from 2 recources (iron+coal) instead of just the one.

Allas there is nothing you can do about it, but wait for a new spot to be located and quickly seize it and only sell it internal
