o Self Storage Units (Rent Based on Square Footage)
o Wireless/Cell Phone Towers (Rent Based on Share of Traffic In Radius)

• Property Expenses:
o Property Taxes 1% FMV Land (Additional Revenue Source for Cities)
- Possibly to have different tax assessment value than FMV that would encourage long term ownership. For Example In California Prop 13 only allows counties to increase property tax assessment by 2% rate inflation unless there is a new construction, purchase, or transfer.
o Potential Land Lease Expense
o Normal Operating Expenses

Shopping mall/Strip Malls/gallery
Single Tenants Retail Properties
Parking Lots
Marina
Multifamily Properties
Small/medium office buildings

All of these can already be added to the game as real estate firms. All you need are graphics for these entities and then you can use a mod to add them to the game.

They could all be added, however things like shopping malls should have their own interface and allow other companies to set up shop in your mall and so on, with traffic and consumers ratings not just a standard rental rate.

Casinos, hotels and restaurants would also need some branding or something as hospitality is different then just real estate.

I created this simple concept of a Hotel That can be add in a Real Estate DLC, Tourism DLC etc etc..

The Hotels need to working like something betwen The Normal Commercial Buildings/Apartments and the Telecoms/Midia and Internet companies and i like the ideia of a new Category to the menu called (Special Properties) or (Special Buildings)
