Pretty frustrating issue. I didn't start with the OS skill so I leveled it up higher than my only competition. She got to market first and currently has the following stats:

Apps Availability: 26
Quality: 47
User Base: 103,792

My stats:
Apps Availability: 0
Quality: 74
User Base: 0

However my OS had 4 products out for it initially to her 6. So I developed a more products. I now have 7 apps to her 9. Yet my App score is 0, while she has 26.

In fact, 4 of her 9 apps I developed then discontinued on her OS so the sales for those 4 have been 0 for years. The quality of my apps is, on average, better than hers by quite a bit. I've even lowered my OS price to about 2$ to her 10$ and I have 33 branding to her 0.

Basically I have a superior product that doesn't seem to recognize that I have a good amount of high quality apps. I suspect a loop of "Until you sell a copy of your OS you can't sell your Apps, until you sell an App it doesn't count for your OS App Availability, until you have higher than 0 App Availability you won't sell a copy of your OS."

How do I fix this issue?

Could you please provide us with your save game file and let us know the following?
1) Which version of Capitalism Lab you are using. You can see the version number on the top-right of the main menu.
2) The exact steps for triggering the bug with the save game
3) If your savegame uses a MOD, please let us know the name of the MOD and the MOD's version number.

You can find save game files of Capitalism Lab from:
C:\Users\<your user name>\Documents\My Games\Capitalism Lab\SAVE

I loaded your save game and noticed that your OS is not linked to any computer types.

Next time, when you develop a new OS, you could select the supported computer types as shown in the attached screenshot.

I totally did not notice that. Thanks so much for looking into it. I couldn't find info on this anywhere so hopefully your answer here helps anyone else with that issue in the future.
