AI Getting stuck on retail
When I expand in retail I make sure to choose a CEO with high retail stats so as he knows what he's doing. However I am noticing that each time they are getting stuck and open retail stores without selling anything. Sometimes I go on the store itself and try to choose products myself but they will not change them if supply stops or become unprofitable. I uploaded current save game (however this happens regularly, especially after the AI update in real estate)

It looks like that it is a situation where the AI didn't find any products with good enough prices and quality and brand. Buying any of them is likely to result in a loss, so that AI didn't take any actions.
