Natural Resources Firm/Mine and Cap_Main.exe has stopped working

1. I started a new game, played it for some 2 minutes & then clicked on Natural Resources firm/Mine and it crashed
2. I did that again, but it didn't crash

We have just released v1.961 that attempts to fix the crash bug with building mines/logging camps. Please download the patch from this link:
