How to Community and Sports Facilities?
It does not seem to be an option.
The buttons shown on the website are not there ingame.

You may 1) disable the City Economic Simulation DLC or 2) build Community and Sports Facilities on behalf of the city government when you are in control of the mayor.

Becoming Mayor added 2 buttons on the bottom. Thats the wauy to go then. Thank you!
