Moving Corporate Officers

Hey David,
Is there any chance we could get something added to make it possible to change the position of corporate officers? There are times when I'd like to make my current CMO (for example) the CEO of a new subsidiary. Or maybe I want to make my current COO into the CEO of a subsidiary, or a subsidiaries current CEO into my COO. Does that make sense?
As far as I can tell we currently have to fire the person first, which usually makes it difficult to impossible to re-hire them into a new position, which doesn't seem like an ideal solution.
