I found that when I am playing a custom game and I fail with the default goal (after 100 years), a constant sound of failure and the message of "this is an open-ended game" appears. If I skip the message, appears the next day and so on..

I tested it by running the game over 100 years with a default goal but didn't encounter any issues. If you have a save game, please provide it to us.
