Hi there. I love this game so much. I have a question on researchers. I am playing with the digital age dlc. There are no Operating System Core researchers available. I have built 3 universities and focused them all on Operating System Core and after several years there are still 0 researcher available. Am I misunderstanding this function?

You may set the More Talents option to a higher value to increase the supply of talents.

More Talents
If you are using a MOD with a large number of product classes and there is a under-supply of talents in the game, then you may use this option to have the game duplicate talent data to increase the supply.
